5 stars“Joyce helped us sell our home that had rooftop solar. It sold in 1 day! We also had multiple offers. We were able to get the price we wanted because of Joyce’s expertise in marketing solar homes. The other Realtor had no knowledge of solar, and Joyce was a great help explaining the benefits of solar to the agent and her buyer.”
Linda & Will, Surprise, AZ
5 stars“John is the most patient Realtor we have ever met. He sent us information with detailed pictures of homes that he felt met our needs. When we looked at the homes, he never high pressured us and always answered our questions about the house. He gave us lots of information about the community. He is the best!”
Tom & Cheryl, Peoria, AZ

We interviewed several Realtors, but were still undecided, Gratefully, one of our friends recommended Joyce. She knew so much. Other homes in our neighborhood had been on the market for months, but ours sold in less than 30 days.”
Jim & Lisa, Scottsdale, AZ
